Guided diagnostics to get Optimum Realism working perfectly on your setup.
What's going wrong?
Quick Fixes
Quick Fixes- Open your game launcher
- Go to Installations and click your profile
- Click More Options
- In JVM Arguments, find
-Xmx2G - Change it to
-Xmx4Gor-Xmx6G(4-6 GB recommended) - Save and launch the game
- Check your shader's page for the latest version
- Download the updated
.zipshader file - Place it in
.minecraft/shaderpacks/ - Remove or rename the old shader file
- Restart the game and select the new shader
Recommended shaders: BSL, Complementary, Kappa, SEUS PTGI HRR 2.1
- Remove the current pack from
.minecraft/resourcepacks/ - Clear your browser download cache
- Re-download from your Patreon or the official website
- Place the fresh
.zipin.minecraft/resourcepacks/ - Enable it in-game and restart
Do not extract the zip -- the game reads it directly.

Download each .jar and place it in .minecraft/mods/. Make sure Fabric API is also installed. If you use OptiFine, all these features are built-in.
